What we receive.
A phone call gives us your number plus whatever you say about the address and the problem. An email gives us your address and your message. Both are used solely to answer you and schedule a visit, and neither is sold.
Nothing on the site asks you to subscribe or hand over an email.
Material loaded from elsewhere.
Pages pull typefaces from Google Fonts, and many show an embedded Google map. Those providers see routine browser details as the page opens, and their own policies apply.
We load no ad trackers and no analytics code of our own here. Should that change, this policy is revised first.

Public guidelines behind this advice
These are the references we send homeowners to. They describe standard practice for everyone, including our own crews.
- EPA page on rodenticide restrictions: Bait rules, and why homeowners and professionals face different ones, in the EPA's words.
- CDC page on hantavirus prevention: Seal up, trap up, clean up: three verbs public health guidance uses to describe keeping rodents out.
