The list is built on ZIP codes instead of a loose radius. Steilacoom itself has one ZIP code, 98388. For every neighboring place we compared our coverage data with the straight-line distance from that ZIP and kept the ones within roughly fifteen miles.
Seventeen places qualified. A few are cities, some are islands reached by ferry or bridge, several are census-designated places or unincorporated communities, and one is a military installation. The table says which is which, since the kind of place can affect scheduling and who sets local rules for a rodent repair.
Tacoma is much bigger than the slice we cover, so its page lists only the ZIP codes in range. A single ZIP code at roughly fifteen and a bit miles was kept off the list on purpose. If yours is not here, call before assuming anything, and the address gets checked.
